Annie Chang, MPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Elite Dermatology who is originally from the Houston area. She attended high school at St. Agnes Academy and then graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Nutrition in Business. She went on to obtain a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UTMB in 2019. Before obtaining her graduate studies, she gained hands-on experience working as a clinical care coordinator in hepatology in the Medical Center.
In addition to her background in nutrition, Annie has always had a strong interest in skincare and preventative medicine through lifestyle and diet. Building a strong relationship with every patient is an integral part of her practice. Known for her approachable nature and warm demeanor, Annie strives to make every patient feel comfortable and cared for. She enjoys forming meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients and takes pride in providing the kind of care that makes them want to return and see her again.
She has been practicing medical dermatology since 2019 and regularly pursues continuing medical education courses to provide the highest quality care for her patients. Annie is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the Texas State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners. She is also currently a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. In her free time, Annie enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time with her husband, two boys, and English bulldog, Rex.
