Piipar Rivera, MCMSc, PA-C is a passionate and dedicated dermatology provider who brings warmth, compassion, and clinical excellence to every patient interaction. With over two decades of experience, she is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages.
Board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and licensed by the Texas Medical Board, Piipar has also earned the prestigious title of Diplomate of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, a reflection of her advanced clinical knowledge, lifelong commitment to education, and heartfelt devotion to the art and science of dermatology.
Piipar is also honored to serve as an Expert Panelist for the Texas Medical Board, Physician Assistant Division, where she contributes to the oversight and evaluation of clinical cases across the state, helping to uphold the highest standards of patient safety and professional practice.
A native Texan, Piipar began her journey in medicine with a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington, building a strong foundation in empathy and human connection that continues to guide her approach to care.
In 2001, she earned her master’s degree in Clinical Medical Sciences, Physician Assistant Studies, graduating with honors from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. Immersed in the diverse culture of South Florida, she gained invaluable clinical experience that sharpened her skills in treating patients from all walks of life.
Upon returning to Texas in 2001, Piipar launched her dermatology career and discovered a deep appreciation for the intersection of science and aesthetics. She honed her expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology while enjoying life in Central Texas. In 2011, she relocated to the Katy and Fulshear area to be closer to family and has continued to serve the community with warmth, integrity, and excellence ever since.
With a heart for healing, Piipar has a special interest in treating skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, and atopic dermatitis. She finds deep fulfillment in guiding her patients on their journey to healthy, radiant skin, and celebrates the confidence and emotional renewal that often follows. She especially enjoys caring for multiple generations within the same family, a testament to the trust and lasting relationships she builds with those she serves.
Outside of the clinic, Piipar lives in Fulshear with her husband and enjoys a close-knit family life as a proud mother of two sons, devoted mother-in-law, and joyful grandmother to her sweet granddaughter. An adventurer at heart, she finds peace in nature, whether hiking the Texas Hill Country or exploring the peaks of the Rocky Mountains. She stays actively involved in her local church and remains committed to serving her community with kindness and purpose.
